Installation of new sod is the quickest way to create a new lawn. We use locally sourced sod featuring grass varieties that perform well in our climate. Installed properly, you can have a brand new lawn that is fully functional in 30 days.

 

Our service includes removing old lawn areas or rototill depending on installation , bringing in 3 to 4" inches of 3 way top soil mix , which is a sandy-soil mixture that provides a good growing base for the sod to establish, lawn regrading and leveling  to eliminate all lumps or humps.  Lawn roller will be used to prevent future ground movement. LIME & STARTER FERTILIZER will be applied to help with ph balance in the soil  . and delivery and installation of the new sod.
